EU General Product Safety Regulation
The EU General Product Safety Regulation, usually shortened to GPSR, applies to consumer products made available to customers in the EU. It requires businesses to provide relevant product safety information and contact details for products sold to EU customers. The European Commission describes the GPSR as ensuring that only safe products are made available on the market.
For online product offers, EU guidance refers to product identification information, manufacturer contact details, EU responsible person details where required, and any relevant warnings or safety information.

Materials
Our T-shirts are printed on the Bella + Canvas 3001 unisex staple tee or a similar product shown on the individual product page.
Typical material information:
- 100% combed and ring-spun cotton for standard solid colours.
- Heather colours may contain polyester.
- Exact fabric composition may vary by colour and is shown on the relevant product page where available.
Intended use
Our T-shirts are intended to be worn as casual clothing.
They are not protective clothing, safety equipment, children’s nightwear, medical clothing, or workwear designed for hazardous environments.
Care and safe use
For best results:
- Wash cold, inside out, with similar colours.
- Use mild detergent.
- Do not bleach.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry.
- Do not iron directly over the printed design.
- Do not dry clean unless the garment label says it is suitable.
Keep the product away from open flames and high heat sources. Like most clothing, cotton and cotton-blend garments can burn if exposed to flame.
Product identification and traceability
Each order is linked to an order number, product name, selected size, selected colour, print file/design, and fulfilment record.
If you contact us about a product safety issue, please include your order number so we can identify the specific product and production details.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos.
We will review the issue and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, or other solution depending on the circumstances. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Product recalls or safety notices
If we become aware of a product safety issue affecting items already sold, we will take appropriate action. This may include contacting affected customers, updating product information, issuing safety instructions, arranging returns, or carrying out a recall where necessary.
