Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled for digital products and physical products sold through Vector Presets.
1. Digital products
Digital products include items such as preset packs, sample packs, and other downloadable files.
Because digital products are delivered instantly or made available immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not offered once the files have been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.
Where required by law, by completing your order for a digital product you agree that:
- delivery starts immediately after purchase, and
- you lose your normal 14-day cancellation right once the download or access begins.
If you do not obtain that consent and acknowledgement properly before download starts, the customer keeps the 14-day cancellation right.
That said, if there is a genuine problem with a digital product — for example:
- the files are corrupted
- the download link does not work
- the wrong product was delivered
- or the product is materially not as described
please contact us and we will do our best to put it right. Depending on the issue, that may include fixing the file, providing a replacement download, or issuing a refund where appropriate. EU rules also give consumers remedies where digital content or digital services are faulty.
2. Physical products
Physical products include items such as T-shirts and other merchandise.
If you change your mind about a physical product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to let us know you want to cancel. Once you have told us, you should send the item back within 14 days.
Returned physical items should be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- in their original condition
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. If your return is a valid cancellation, we will refund the item price and the standard delivery charge originally paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we only refund the standard delivery amount. Refunds for valid cancellations are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item back.
3. Faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed items
If any product arrives:
- faulty
- damaged
- incorrect
- or not as described
please contact us as soon as possible using our contact form and include:
- your order number
- a short description of the problem
- clear photos where relevant
We will arrange an appropriate remedy depending on the issue and your legal rights. That may include a replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund. UK guidance says customers are entitled to a full refund if an item is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it is supposed to do. EU consumers also have a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for faulty goods or goods that do not match the description.
4. Made-to-order products
Some physical items are made to order rather than pulled from pre-printed stock.
However, unless a product is genuinely personalised or made to the customer’s individual specifications, that does not automatically remove UK/EU cancellation rights. The narrower exception is for things that are truly personalised or custom-made, not simply standard products where the customer picks from preset options such as size and colour.
If we offer genuinely personalised products in future — for example, custom text, custom artwork, or a design made specifically to a buyer’s own instructions — those products may be treated differently.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size, colour, or product, the simplest option is usually to return the original physical item in line with this policy and place a new order.
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

7. Customers outside the UK and EU
If you are ordering from outside the UK or EU, local consumer laws may give you additional rights. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under mandatory local law.
