Physical Product Shipping

This page explains how shipping works for physical products sold through Vector Presets, including T-shirts and other merchandise.

General shipping information

Physical products are shipped separately from digital products. If your order includes both a downloadable item and a physical item, the digital product will be delivered electronically and the physical product will be shipped separately.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available.

Print-to-order T-Shirts

Our T-shirts are made to order. That means they are printed after you place your order rather than pulled from pre-printed stock.

Because of that, T-shirt orders usually need a short production period before they are shipped. Delivery time is made up of:

  • production time
  • shipping time to your destination

Made-to-order items are not warehouse stock, so dispatch is not instant.

Production and delivery times

Most T-shirt orders are ready to ship within a few business days, but delivery time after that depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Delays can occasionally happen due to:

  • production demand
  • stock availability
  • postal or courier delays
  • customs processing
  • incorrect delivery details

Where orders ship from

Orders may be produced and shipped from different locations depending on stock availability, print method, and destination.

Because of that, we cannot guarantee that every order will be printed in the same country it is being delivered to.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that tracking updates can sometimes take a little time to appear after dispatch.

Incorrect shipping addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or been dispatched.

Customs, import VAT, and local fees

If you are ordering from outside your home country, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, handling fees, or other local charges.

These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Delays and lost parcels

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us using our contact form and include your order number.

We will look into the issue and help where possible.
