Returns and cancellations
If you change your mind about your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to let us know you want to cancel. Once you’ve told us, you should send the item back within 14 days.
Returned items should be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- in their original condition
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. If your return is a valid cancellation, we’ll refund the item price and the standard delivery charge originally paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we only refund the standard delivery amount. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item back.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We’ll arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund, depending on the issue and your legal rights.
For customers in the EU, goods sold online come with a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for faulty goods or goods that do not match the description.
Made-to-order items
Our T-shirts are made to order, which means they are printed after you buy them rather than taken from pre-printed stock. However, unless a product is genuinely personalised or made to your individual specifications, UK/EU cancellation rights may still apply.
Choosing from standard size and colour options does not necessarily remove those cancellation rights. If we offer products in future that are genuinely personalised — for example, custom text, custom artwork, or a print made specifically to your own instructions — those items may be treated differently.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may need to give you the correct return instructions. UK online-selling guidance also requires businesses to provide certain pre-contract contact information, including an email address, before an order is placed.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or colour, the simplest option is usually to return the original item and place a new order.
This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Customers outside the UK and EU
If you are ordering from outside the UK or EU, local consumer laws may give you additional rights. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under mandatory local law.
