T-Shirt Sizing Guide

Our T-shirts are printed on demand via Printful on the Bella + Canvas 3001 — a soft, unisex staple tee with a classic fit. Sizes run true to size, but because each shirt is made to order we can't offer direct exchanges, so it's worth taking a moment to check before you order.

Measure a T-shirt you already own and compare it against the size chart below. Pay attention to the chest and length measurements — these tend to matter most for fit. If you're between sizes, we'd generally suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Fabric composition varies slightly by colour, and Printful's fulfilment network means your order may be produced at different facilities — but the garment spec stays the same.

1. About us vectorpresets.com is operated by Vector Presets, based in the United Kingdom. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products All T-shirts are printed to order via Printful's fulfilment network. Product images are representative — fabric composition and exact colour may vary slightly by colourway and production facility.

3. Pricing & payment All prices are shown in your local currency where available. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

4. Order fulfilment Orders are fulfilled by Printful and typically dispatched within 2–5 business days. Fulfilment may take place in a different country to your delivery address depending on stock availability and facility capacity.

5. Delivery Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns & cancellations Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges for change of mind unless the item is faulty or not as described. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery. UK and EU customers retain their statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU Consumer Rights Directive respectively.

7. Faulty or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. EU consumers benefit from a minimum 2-year legal guarantee.

8. EU consumer rights EU customers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of receiving goods, except where goods are made to a consumer's specification (which applies to print-on-demand items). We will clearly indicate this at checkout.

9. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
